Samy Watson, Deputy Minister, Environment will present the context and the government objectives for the Sectors Sustainability Table Initiative.

3. ESST Terms of Reference, Gerry Protti and Larry Murray

1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

a. Mandate of the Table - Scope/Value Chain

Participants will discuss and develop a shared understanding of the Energy Sector Sustainability Table Mandate and expected general results.

b. Membership

The co-chairs will review with the participants the membership criteria. Participants will be invited to identify any representation gap with respect to the energy system value chain.

c. Operating Principles and Procedures

Participants will review and clarify operating principles. Participants should identify issues which have not been covered and require clarification in the
Straw dog Terms of reference under this topic. The objective is for participants to agree on a shared set of principles which will guide the Table in the future.

4. Brainstorming on Priorities, Gerry Protti and Larry Murray

3:30 p.m. - 4: 30 p.m

Participants will be invited to share in a brainstorming fashion, initial ideas about potential priorities which the Table could include in its workplan. This discussion is not meant to lead to any decision but rather provide an opportunity for participants to bring forward their areas of interest.
